Well, the way i see it Chelchis was a guardian, because its well known that the fallen HAD guardians, and they way they named Chelchis and the fact he was in the House Of Stone suggests this could have been a house of eliksni guardians. Chelchis was just a brave kell who stood up with his house, Just imagine though, the eliksni WERE the victims, maybe and i mean just maybe, in destiny 2 we could find a way to rebuild the house of judgement or ally with a dying house, like that of kings or exile, i personally love the fallen and would have loved a playable fallen race and storyline, so me suggesting this allying with a house thing really tickles my pickle, i just love the way the fallen are so powerful yet so full of despair and loss, they once had a better civilization than us, and were so strong and many that they HELD the darkness, they delayed the darkness, although they are fallen from grace and have no chance of salvaging their homeworld, all they want is their species to be safe again that's why they fight us they think me goaded the traveler into protecting us...
