It's not a bug, RNG is RNG. You aren't going to get, and don't deserve, a refund just because you didn't get what you wanted.
Why do you need the year 1 version anyway if you've already gotten a year 2 version?

It's not about getting what I wanted. It's about the game not functioning as it should. First of all, if I have the year 2 exotic, why doesn't the year 1 blueprint unlock for me? It works the other way around. I want the year 1 version because its collectible. It's the only remaining exotic from year 1 that I do not have. And it will remain that way until this bug is fixed.
