The rules I follow go like this. If you're shouting/always talking/blaming every possible mistake on lag/talking to your mum about today's lunch/going offtopic at a crucial raid stage/generously being annoying, I ain't raiding with you. I won't go "oh it's a ducking squeaker", I'll be more like "Jesus Christ this guys annoying, I'm leaving guys, good luck". I'll mute you leave the party, end of story. If you're a not any of those and just a all around good person, I won't judge you from your voice. :)
