Stop crying. You want some PvE exotics go get the Touch of Malice, Black Spindle, or No Time To Explain. If you don't want to do the PvP parts of exotics then don't, you just won't get the exotic...

Exactly, as far as I can tell there isn't any PvP exclusive Exotics yet there are plenty of PvE exclusive Exotics. We just happen to be in the era where people want handouts and everything to go there way instead of working for it. People still claim this to be a PvP focused game despite PvE having more than twice the amount of content.
