I (as well as many others) did not receive the humble gestures package or silver. I owned everything. Previous season pass and original game. I then pre ordered the collectors edition through the PS store on 6/17 and did not receive anything extra. I live in north america and meet all the requirements. So why did I not receive anything?

I pre-ordered the game on 6/16/2015. I pre-ordered the digital collectors edition, paying $85.03. I meet all the requirements set forth by bungies post. I have order confirmations, screenshots of the purchase, all from the 16th of June. How do I not qualify?
