Got hear after other week, it's ok in certain situ's but not a contender, last perk is nice, when it chooses to activate, say it was 2 out of 10 times for me, perhaps need to be faster with kills?, love how it reloads/adds ammo though after getting all (4) head shots, no timer on that, can even be put away till next chance of headshot.
