Looking for some theories regarding this possible transformation. I am guessing ascending the weapon to max year 1 stats may be part of whatever else you need to do to get the exotic version, but after that I am at a loss. Maybe there will be an update in the near future with an additional quest, or maybe it is something that needs to be completed in a mission (like the secret to acquire Black Spindle). We know the Exo is from the future, and the VoG is heavy with the whole time traveling concept. Maybe we need to do something in the original raid to unlock a prerequisite? Or maybe the Paradox mission, and the secret discovered in it as of late, are a key to the exotic PR? Any thoughts? [b]UPDATE 10.7.15:[/b] I am convinced that the secret mission in the Paradox Daily Heroic is a trigger for a future quest, much like the fusion rifle relics are for the Sleeper Simulant (that has reportedly been discovered today). I guess patience is the key...which would be fitting for a weapon titled "[i]No [b]Time[/b] To Explain[/i]"
