No...you go through the dormant portal where the jumping puzzle is. It teleports you into the venus portal gate from vog. You slay the vex juggernaut inside and a triangular doorway opens up. You receive a paraedyths grimoire and loot the 6th chest. Inside the chest you get some goodies but also "paraedyths ghost shell" a relic from the past. You take it to the FWC lady and proceed with the sleeper simulant quest. Period. End of story.

No. This is a spawn point glitch used to access a quest area we can't access yet. All other reports of the ghost being turned in only resulted in faction reputation. You received a quest from it?

No...I have not done this. Only watched a video. I want to do it right. I want to know the story behind it.

Yeah I wouldn't access it that way. There's a lot of talk about possibly screwing up the quest by turning in the ghost before you get it. It's a very cool area though. Ancient Atheon.
