People that say they've done the Kings fall raid, and have no idea how to do it. Or you ask them, do you know how to gaze run? "Well obviously, I'm not dumb!" Died instantly, then comes up with a stupid excuse. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! If you haven't done it before, please tell the fire team so we can teach you. Is that too much to ask? Oh it is? Fine we will wipe then.

7 回复This so hard! Guy with a completed emblem who said he understood the raid had clearly never done glyphs. After 30mins of him dying and telling us we confused him we sat and explained the whole thing to him. We were all baffled and rather angry. It's fine if you need something explaining, but don't lie.

One last thing, bungie really needs to update their raids and prison of elders. Like really tho, we need updated raids. Only useful thing is motes of light when turning in the shards and energies to the speaker. That's my last grind my gear comment. Haha it really does confuse me, why bungie!

1 回复It's pretty hard to be bad at destiny. If you haven't beaten the raid already, well... Get good

1 回复Had a guy while doing oryx join and we asked him if he knew what he was doing he said yes. He then proceeded to die repeatedly and we asked him dont you know you have to step on the plates in a certain order. To which he responded by insulting our race and calling us idiots, lovely world we live in.

1 回复I think the main reason for that is that I've gone through the Recruitment Forums, most people now want people who have done the raid before EVEN THOUGH IT JUST CAME OUT. First time I tried to do it, I commented on the app and on Xbox saying that I had no experience... Either they said no or just didn't give a reply (and let it be known I messaged at least like 12 people 15 at most). Second time, I commented on a Raid team Finder Forum admitting that I didn't know how to do the raid and that I would like some help... No reply... Or invite... Third time, I lied through my teeth (regrettably) saying I knew how to do the raid. I went in, I told them I didn't know how to but I'd be willing to learn they kicked me automatic (that's what I get for lying but I stand by my point nonetheless).

2 回复Because of the lack of random mechanics it's quite easy to pigeonhole yourself during various sections of the raid... Especially when time is limited and your group wants a quick clear. It inevitably means there are sections of fights you just don't get to experience.

3 回复Had a guy swear to us that he had cleared the raid several times and a couple others backed him up on this. He wanted to run relic. He missed the last jump several times and came up with a really pathetic excuse. After the raid was over, which we were unable to clear due to his inability and a couple other factors, a buddy of mine checked him and to none of our surprises he had never cleared the raid. Side note. If you haven't done the raid, that is perfectly fine. But just let the more experienced players know, and we will be more than happy to teach you. Unless you try to lie your way into a group with ridiculous standards. Then you are on your own.

4 回复You can blame the elitist posts of "must have experience" for this. If people didn't require experience just to get and invite, then people would probably be more honest.
