I want you to think very hard about what is wrong with everything you just said. The PlayStation was stolen by his drug using uncle (no offense to OP) to steal from your own nephew for money to buy drugs implies the man has no morals/ wants money for drugs more than he cares about his relationship with his family. Secondly if I sell you a PlayStation your first question isn't "is this stolen?" It's ridiculous for you to think that everyone apart of this whole situation are upstanding law abiding citizens.
