You have to check the Vanguard Quartermaster, there it has all the Suros weapons you will get, and you have to earn them on your own. Meaning in order to get them, you have to reach level 40 and have the required amount of Legendary Marks to buy one. This Desginy, they don't hand over any new weapons with higher stats on a silver platter.
