again, that is why I filed formal complaints. So I can get someone who actually understands the specifics of all the legal text, and be able to clearly state to me either way its legality. Also, the laws are dependent on your Country/State/Province/Region. Maybe you can explain to me in your region why it is legal, EULA aside?
