This game works like a subscription dumbass, you pay, you get some, you pay some more, you get some more. Which is not illegal at all buddy, but I'm sure you gave some preBARs at the state law office a good laugh

They may be in violation of Consumer Protection Laws, and I intend to find out if they are. *Edit: Also, I most certainly did file formal complaints with the mentioned parties. Strange thing is, they transferred my BBB complaint to the Silicon Valley Division, even though Bungie resides in Washington State.

Activision is sivalley tho right? And it sucks that you can't do as much now but legally they're in the clear. They gave you what you wanted for a price and now it's part of a bigger package for sale. They still sold you stuff you have now (weapons/ gear, how missions) which means the transaction went down
