Yes. Ignoring. It's not like they made a big release in the last 36 hours. A release that had lots of problems and thousands and thousands of posts asking for help -- some of which warranted, others because people didn't read instructions. There's no other alternative than they're ignoring you all until the problem goes away. It's impossible they're looking into the big problems and don't have much info to give yet. But, oh wait. They have commented on the spark of light issue in other threads. So I guess your thesis is incorrect.
