Bump. Was planning on giving a few to friends, but used two to see if it was glitched or something. I've reached level 40 as well, and haven't gotten any notifications regarding the quest or the sparrow you're supposed to get from it. I'd like to know what I need to do to access this questline, as it's getting rather frustrating.
