Plain and simple, there will only be 1 objective based game mode, and that is the new Control. If you can win without playing the objective, it is nothing more than a glorified TDM or deathmatch. I mean, I'm happy the new Control will actually play for the goddamned objective, but that's the ONLY non-deathmatch mode we get?? Piss off. Rift? TDM with a slight distraction when charge is ready. Control? TDM with more encouraged camping Clash? TDM Skirmish? 3v3 TDM Salvage? 3v3 TDM with slight distractions Rumble? Deathmatch Elimination? 3v3 Counterstrike without the bombs (Aka, TDM) COME ON! I play to the objectives. I don't give two squirts of shit about K/D. Yet, that's the most important aspect of Crucible. I love PvP gaming, especially in FPS games, but TDM is the lowest of the low when it comes to just about any gametype!
