hey so I discovered something, I just had to update my payment information earlier because I got a new bank card, after I updated my payment information I got the items in the postmaster. Haven't checked on other stuff yet, but I'm thinking the issue might be that you need to update payment information because they didn't ACTUALLY charge you for TTK until this most recent patch.
