It's not our responsibility to demonstrate anything about anyone other than ourselves, how we function as a community, and what kind of environment we seek to provide. I understand that you mean well, but your tone is coming across to me as fairly condescending. Your posts in which you tell us about your history of running a guild and what we should/shouldn't say in our thread sound as if you're trying to teach us poor, stupid women how to run a group. Thanks, but we're not interested in the unsolicited advice.
