Oracle 99 and Double Banshee gone...
I redeemed the codes for the shaders "Oracle 99" and "Double Banshee" back at release, but now they dont show up at the new shader kiosk. My friend who also redeemed the codes at release has them both showing up under the promotional category.
I have tried redeeming the codes again, but am told i can't because i've already redeemed them.
Looking under "codes" in my profile, it says i redeemed them on september 10th 2014.
Any suggestions?

4 回复Hi Radamee, Thank you for the report, Guardian! We are aware of the issue and are currently investigating. Please be advised that if you discard a shader or emblem that is not showing up in your Collections, there is currently no way to access that item again. If you need more inventory space, shaders and emblems can still be placed in your Vault under the General tab.

I am also missing both shaders (double banshee and oracle 99), and most of the emblems that used to be available from the special orders. Hope you fix it. I didn't think I'd need to redeem them onto my characters/into my vault to be sure of keeping them!

Oracle 99 was a code I put in in my xbox 360 and a couple other ones as well why did those roll over to the xbox one under promotional??? shouldn't the black Smith shader be there as well after all I did pay for a game I didn't even want (CoD)... The least you guys can do is give the ppl who had it a new code for it.
