It all depends on your personality. Most of the cleavage streamers I find boring. If that's the only thing their stream has going for it, I won't bother watching. Have fun, smile, laugh. Be genuine. Interact with your followers/viewers in a genuine way. Be yourself and have fun. Viewers will come, or they won't.
