Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, get a Dregs promise. It's useless in pvp and pve. I choose it because I knew most people would go for queen breakers and lord of wolves. The hippie in me thought "let's get something different rawr!" Two months later still regretting it, just got my second elder cipher a few days ago.

I just recently went back because I only need one more skolas kill to reach house of judgment rank 3 [i]I wanted some more shaders![/i] Edit** I didn't mean to sound like it took me two months to get another cipher.
