The critical won't have the potential to stack more then twice on a single round. Meaning the current 3 stack one hit potential is gone- Can't recall what the magazine capacity was before unlocking Ace - I think it was 10 and unlocking it brings it to a 13 round capacity magazine. It looks like it's dropping down to a 12 round mag and that means you could get those bonus rounds out faster. And potentially there could be more rounds with a bonus. That makes it better in pve. Kinda makes it a two shot death..in pvp But that could be 2 body hits with the bonus right?

Yes, Hawkmoon will be even better in PVP because of the higher percentage of bonus damage per mag. 1v1 this may be a net gain for PVP, I just don't see them being viable in PVE after this. Guess we'll see what the weapons in TTK offer.
