The only thing upsetting about all these is the BH nerf. That was the one good thing about the rifle (mulligan is a wasted perk, nothing in mid tier really mattered to be honest, and we all used it for everything). Ice breaker needs it because its abused in pvp in the current meta (no special? No problem! Just use ice breaker!). Ghorn needs it because every boss in this game is tired of the abuse from it (i don't know how many times ive been in a raid/poe where we all willingly waited for heavy synths to pop AND refresh before attempting a kill). Generally if something gets abused, it gets changed (look at all the changes that have happened in WoW due to abuse for example).
