Bump. There's no harm in keeping the existing system and allowing etheric light to continue to ascend year 1 weapons. It's more choices plain and simple.
Unless TTK completely changes the meta. Is the game (now that there might be enough content) story and challenge driven now? Are we paying $40 for a 6 hour campaign? Or is it an hour with endless grinding like the base game and previous expansions?

I mean for another $20 you figure people can get The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt which is a bare minimum of 60+ hours, speeding through it. And at this point, combined total Destiny is $140 game when all is said and done, so yeah. Expect a LOT more...
