Sadly they didn't mention anything about that, just new areas new abilities but no information about if you can get this separate if you own it already.

That's word from word what they said. As they kept mentioning it and I mean repeated it multiple times, the fans, the fans, the fans. I can't see them stitching up those that have supported them and already bought the game.
