The problem isn't that they are flushing out the old weapons, the problem is the only good weapons are the old ones. [b]Since Vault of Glass they have only created new crappy weapons that are worse than the weapons we already have.[/b] Since Vault of Glass there have only been 2 weapons on par with the weapons from VoG: Black Hammer (which is totally getting nerfed to junk) and The Scholar (Adept) from the Lighthouse in Trials of Osiris. Everything has been much worse than the weapons from Vault of Glass and Iron Banner which have both been in the game since day 1. [b]If they gave us new weapons that were better than our old weapons we would be happy to replace them. [/b]When I got my first Arc damage The Scholar (Adept) I was happy as hell to replace my Fang of Ir Yut (partially because the Fang of Ir Yut really wasn't that good to begin with). In typical MMO's where they make the old gear obsolete they introduce new gear that is much better or they offer a transmorgrification system where you can take your stats and perks from one piece of gear and apply them to a new piece of gear. Destiny isn't doing either!
