Well, wind the clock back five years or so, and I was a god among noobs with the Reach pistol. Revisiting the Halo CE pistol to compare, I found it too slow in comparison (although now I can destroy with it in MCC matchmaking). But Fatebringer's ability to blow up anything it kills with a crit (Firefly) and the subsequent speed reload (Outlaw), combined with Chain of Woe (speed reload after crit kills, stacks up to three times), all those things make it pretty much a power weapon.
