Nobody complained about the Black Hammer, no need to fix it. Same goes for the icebreaker, wtf. Those guns don't ruin your decaying game, most people don't even use the strategies you thought were such a problem. Also decreasing the effectiveness of shotguns in PvE... are you high, the problem was only with PvP. Don't make changes that are unnecessary. Now Captains will laugh in our face when we are at close range.
