Give bungie a break
A lot of yall are giving bungie a hard time over this game. Making games isn't easy it requires a lot of computer knowledge and programming skills. Every single game you make comes with bugs I know that first hand because I make them myself. It becomes a whole new level of difficulty when you're making a massive world online like this. Trust me when I say that they are listening. And they care. They may not seem like it because they don't reply often. Just because of that doesn't mean they don't care. Also glitches happen it is a part of every game. They're working on a lot right now with the new taken king just give them some time guys and wait for them to finish what they're currently working on. :)

Those glitches were game breaking at times and it took months of people bitching about it for them to fix it. Yet, when gamers found cheesy ways of finishing raids those were patched relatively quickly. For as large as a company as Bungie, who claim they listen, why hasn't many of the things the community wants since day 1 been given? Simple enhanced character customization shouldn't be taking 10+ months to be implemented...
