You walk down a flight of cement stairs that lead to a dimly lit room below a rural building. Inside, you see a whole cybernetics workshop open up through the place, the only resident inside of it a bald man dressed in a butcher's apron which is stained with oil and blood. He glances at you with a glare. "What is your business here?" he asks in a heavy Russian accent.
