Xur is an interesting character to me. He brings up so many questions. Who is he? What is he? What are "the Nine?" Why does he like Strange Coins, and why is he willing to trade them for far more useful items? All this mystery, all this lore, all dressed up like an alien version of the Resident Evil 4 Merchant! So I ask again: To you, who is Xur? What place does he have in your created lore? (Meant for the group "Scribes of the Tower.")
