Title says it all. So, I was like wondering if women can use Rogaine on themselves? I don't like how smooth my legs are, and would prefer to grow copious amounts of hair on my calves and thighs to help keep me warm during the fall and winter seasons. I also enjoy being able to look at and stroke a hairy leg when I try on new swimsuits. I've had a few sources say I can, and a few sources say I can't. I tried contacting the company directly but received an unclear response. Flood, can you help me?
