Got my Gally after almost 1000 hours in this game, and have to say, it's an entirely situational weapon. I really only use it in PvE, and only then on certain bosses. Like OP said, Truth has it beat in PvP, and, in some cases, PvE. Has better tracking (I've literally scoped on someone, ducked behind a corner, shot, and the rocket turned the corner and took them out), G&H (which Gally does [i]not[/i] have, despite what people say as I've seen it sail clear past enemies without triggering an explosion) and a better blast radius and velocity. Bring the hate, children.
