Dregs promise is one of the 3 weapons from the house of wolves dlc, Elder Cipher bounty. It is an exotic arc damage sidearm like the vestian dynasty but burst fires. But this weapon suffers from having no range and weak damage and its main perk is skip rounds! and sadly, the easy to get vestian dynasty shines above it. This should not be the case.
