Oh god. You... So you can regorge weapons it won't give you final round automatically but it's a possibility. Will it be easy to find? Probably not. But it's available. It's fine this way just save your motes and keep grinding out strikes for vanguard packages until you find the weapon you want to re roll. You can also still find pre house of wolves weapons they're just very rare
