So... How long have you been browsing around these parts?
So, I recently stumbled back upon these forums while checking up on some of My Destiny stats. I used to be quite active around here (as a regular in "The Flood"), mostly before the "HashTag" update. Things have really changed around here. I'm starting to wonder how many of you joined within the last year or so because of Destiny. Do we still have a vast amount of the older generation still kicking around here? Personally, I joined 7 years ago on a cold, rainy day in March. Please answer the poll appropriately. (Look up stats from the old website [url=http://halo.bungie.net/]here[/url].)

2. I was promised pie. Actually I decided to make an account seeing I had started to frequent the site more often

5. The account is still active due to my interest in Destiny, figured I'd start browsing the forums again
6. 2 times if I remember correctly, the first from someone I cannot remember at this time and second from our friend Foman
7. Besides all the lulz, [url=http://halo.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=32038038&postRepeater1-p=1]this[/url] was my first "Hot Topic" thread. It was pretty awesome at the time.
P.S. Is a version of Bungie.me out there and working? I couldn't find it and can only assume it no longer exists.

Yes I was a former desticle who obsessed everything with destiny but now I'm a changed man. I came here to off topic and met the flood a few months ago and haven't gone back to # destiny since. I love it here much more

Only been here a few months. I joined up because i'd played Destiny for a couple of days and ran out of "story" missions and came to see if i'd missed anything or if that game really did have the worst story i've ever seen in a video game. Turns out it was the latter. Opened up #Offtopic and #Gaming while I was here, saw they weren't part of any game and just little communities of their own so decided to stick around for the sheer hell of it.

I specifically recall attacking a cruiser of some kind with a "squadron" of "elite Sangheili pilots", infiltrating the bridge and capturing the captain. However, he was one of those kids who must [i]always[/i] win, and so he apparently had several backup plans regardless of what I did. Luckily, several other members backed me up because the kid was being unfair.

Well, I heard that there was cake. I soon found it to be a lie and have found no way to escape from the evil killer Desticles. They flood the off topic forum with poisoning Destiny ranting. I'm surprised that the Destiny levels in the off topic forum hasn't killed me yet

I came to b.net for the weekly updates at first when I got Halo 3 and then I made an account. 3. The Flood 4. Intrepid Legendary, but I would have been Mythic if I didn't get banned a few times... 5. I enjoy seeing some old people I know around here. 6. At least 3 on this account, and I know Qbix was responsible for most of them. 7. My paddlin' thread.

1. I joined in '07, been browsing since ~'03-'04. 2. Checking Halo 3 stats. 3. I rarely posted, but when I did, either in Flood or ODST. 4. I think I was a Veteran Legendary Member. 5. I'm here hoping the elder days of the Flood would return. 6. I've been banned 1 time, I think. 7. Clockman.

Including sharing some of Hola (or all of the first and some of the second and none of the rest), my writing has almost always gone down a storm. Including Bungie Day forum fiction The Floodyssey and The Floodyssey II: Bnext's Destiny. A lot of people are also excited for my upcoming Kindle book, The Broken Earth. I only just remembered that I was considering a Floodyssey III. Not sure I have the time now, though.
