1) Yup 2) I've got Hip-Fire and Kneepads 3) Not yet 4) Have not used it yet. Was thinking about re-rolling first. Hip-Fire may be useful, as I tend not to aim as often with fusion rifles. But Kneepads, lol? Got to be some better perks out there
