Prison of elders. If my theory is correct (unless it has been established) when you open the chest for the first time on a character you are guaranteed an exotic but 2/3 characters will get an exotic you do not have. It's happened to all my friends including me. Maybe it's a coincidence. If this was confirmed don't touch my butt about it
