I received my first Elder Cypher when the Skolas fight had Arc burn, and quickly got the Queen's Cypher afterwards. I've been waiting for over a week to continue this bounty. Has anyone else had this problem? I've seen that for most it takes anywhere from an hour to three days, any help would be appreciated. Edit: I feel like my Warlock's Cypher is beginning to run the same course.
