Topic, and I am not talking about the Elder Cipher weapons. Since the PoE's release I have been notice that the Fallen seem to be more accurate in there. Usually I never get hit with Wire Rifles when running and even the Shrapnel launcher pellets never hit all at once, even when a level above in other activities they didn't kill in one hit. Has anyone else been experiencing this? Edit: This is a complaint, was honestly just seeing if it was happening with others.
