Anyone get to rank 4 yet? I got rank three last night and purchased most of the shaders but I noticed there's levels after 3

I'm halfway between rank 1 and rank 2, I haven't been able to connect with the people I usually play with to do the upper level PoE stuff so I'm stuck grinding 10 reputation points per encounter at level 28 PoE... That's why I think bounties would help those of us that rely on matchmaking increase our rep a little faster.
