I think the thorn hate is mostly just cause weapons aren't as balanced as some of those. But to be fair, felwinters in balanced, it has a little extra range, but they cut off a lot of it. So, well if i kill you with mine, I'm probably close enough anyways to kill you with a secret handshake. A little tiny buff to auto rifles in general would be nice. I feel like I can't use some of the ones I recently got but kept onto in either pve or pvp. It sucks.
