I downloaded the available DLC, but only the Yen alt look is showing...
Anyone else encounter this?

You have to go to a barber to see the hair and beard one and the armour dlc is from the merchant you save from the griffin at the very beginning. I've done the dlc mission as well. I know that all the dlc is in fact in the game as of right now (ps4).
