However, I would agree that censoring all well articulated criticism is not in keeping with best practices. The proper response would be to post a well articulated explanation of their reasoning. They have, in fact, posted their formal response repeatedly. The thing is, the vast majority of the player base wants OPTIONAL matchmaking.
