Xbox Marketplace won't sell it separately for some odd reason. The bundle is an expansion set/season pass. 10-15 bucks more isn't terrible and you get the whole enchilada package anyway. Only other suggestion is to look online or call local game shops to see if PPC's are being sold for HoW. Could be it will be available to be bought when it launches as a separate item. They do that sometimes.
