My XBOX One was having issues and the tech at Microsoft had me perform "Restore factory defaults" and then reinstall all games & apps afterwards. Unfortunately in the process, I lost my "Blacksmith" shader that I received from pre-ordering COD:Advanced Warfare. Even though it's in my inventory I'm unable to equip it as the message reads, "Requires Purchase". I've tried re-entering the access code but get the message that I've already redeemed that code. Is this something that needs to be restored by Bungie? Any help is greatly appreciated.
