Aside from tearing Oracles apart it's pretty redundant.
The slow charge time on this weapon (regardless of impact) hurts it's TTK.

Yeah, have to be lucky with the RNG as per usual... But you'd probably be able roll one quite easy at the gunsmith when the HoW drops. I find plug one.1 pretty good as standard though. As long as you get the coils, you'd be a force to be reckoned with. These are just my preferences though, but if you get one I recommend you give it a try. Definitely pushes the Plan C close, just without the exotic tie up.
