Bungie, have mercy on me!!!
So I've been playing Destiny on the 360 probably a month after the game had been released, grinding and grinding I've somehow managed to get almost all the exotic weapons(minus necro but who cares?!) even three ballerhorns! Now I have been looking into jumping ships and buying a PS4, I have the money in my wallet now and stuck at work(it's pretty well on fire!) I was hoping the lords over at Bungie will show mercy and help me also switch my account!
However one simply cannot contact Bungie, Is there a way to contact them directly? It's not knowing that is making me anxious!

Unfortunately, character transfer between console accounts is not possible. Using the same gamertag, you would be able to access your 360 characters on Xbox one, but there is no means of moving your characters to any Playstation system. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211

Hello Glideman 360, Unfortunately, bungie cannot transfer your save data across separate accounts. If you decide to make the switch to PS4, you'll have to start from scratch. [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12219][b]https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12219[/b][/url]

Unfortunately, if you decide to switch from Xbox 360 to PS4, none of your items will transfer over since they are two different platforms. All of your stuff is saved to Bungie's servers for the Xbox platform but it can't be moved. Sorry, you will have to start over.
