You do know the range stat just shows you where the damage dropoff starts right? So if you shoot someone out of your range, you'll do less damage but you still can kill them.

yes i realize that! But i'm just wondering... perfect balance is supposed to add -20 range to ur gun (that is one of it's stats) however, this -20 range does not physically appear in ur gun's stats So im wondering if in fact this negative range is applied at all to a gun when u use perfect balance.
