Eh. It has its downsides. Its rate of fire is horrendous- you're killing one person at a time, and you can't miss. It's reload speed seems decent until you realize that you have to reload 5 rounds. Combine its recoil and stability and you're basically painting the ceiling with your second shot unless you spend a full second to re-aim. It's got its weaknesses. It's range and impact are frickin insane, I'll agree, and the perks make it worse, but it won't be as overpowered as it seems, I bet.
